About this role
Role Overview
Manage all phases of residential reconstruction projects—from scope and planning through completion and closeout.
Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety expectations, and schedule commitments.
Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress, workmanship, and compliance with project specifications.
Identify risks early and resolve issues quickly to keep projects moving forward.
Prepare accurate estimates that capture the full scope of work using digital tools and available job documentation.
Track budgets, change orders, and cost impacts to support profitability and billing accuracy.
Ensure scope alignment between field conditions, customer expectations, and insurance guidelines.
Coordinate schedules and deliverables with internal departments, field teams, and subcontractors.
Plan and adjust timelines to maintain workflow efficiency and minimize delays.
Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the reconstruction process.
Guide customers through insurance-related steps, documentation needs, and project expectations.
Promote and enforce safety protocols to protect employees, subcontractors, customers, and job sites.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, or a related field preferred
1–2 years in construction, restoration, plumbing, water mitigation, or carpentry preferred
Proven experience managing residential reconstruction and/or restoration projects
Strong leadership, organization, and ability to manage multiple active projects
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Proficient with estimating and project management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
Commitment to continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability.
