Responsible for the effective implementation, integration, and management of Intact’s newly deployed Workiva platform
Partnering closely with Consolidation, MD&A, Corporate finance, internal and external audit teams to ensure financial reporting and compliance processes are efficient controlled and scalable with the strategic objectives of the organization
Serve as primary administrator and product owner for Workiva, championing adoption, change management and value delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations
Develop and implement best practices
Configure and maintain Workiva workspaces, roles/permissions, Wdata, and connector
Lead change/release management; maintain solution design and process documentation
Proactively propose enhancements and new designs to improve user experience, automation and reporting reliability
Support Finance users with training and sharing functionalities and capabilities in the usage of the application
Support our Reporting team who builds and maintains reports based out of Freeform architecture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or certification in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or any equivalent combination of education and experience
A CPA designation, master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g. Workiva, Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus
5+ years of relevant professional experience in financial systems and accounting principles including hands-on platform administration or product ownership
Workiva experience is a must; ability to lead adoption and training is a great asset
Oracle EPM Cloud applications (Planning/Freeform) is a significant asset: metadata/dimensions, business rules, SmartView, security
Experience with different finance reports models is a plus
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
