Role Overview
- Lead and coordinate the activities of claims adjusters related to claims handling
- Contribute to achieving corporate and regional objectives
- Manage team activities by organizing, planning, and controlling the optimal use of resources
- Make decisions regarding claims file handling and indemnity payments
- Participate in improving operational processes
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience handling residential property/home insurance claims
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience managing a team of claims specialists
- Hold a claims adjuster certificate
- Strong proficiency with computer systems
- Bilingual in French and English
