Provide management, configuration, administration, implementation, and optimization of all Flow Designer and workflow automation on the ServiceNow platform.
Design, create, and manage all App Engine workflows by automating approvals, tasks, and notifications on the ServiceNow platform.
Configure workflows using Vendor best practices, and coordinate with Business Analyst and System Administrators on all platform changes as they relate to these workflows.
Lead Developer(s) to serve as technical lead for all ServiceNow development activities covered under this subtask.
Oversee the technical engineering, design, configuration, deployment, and optimization of all ServiceNow Products hosted within the Navy’s ServiceNow Instance.
Interpret business and system analysis, and user requirements, to create solutions within the ServiceNow environment.
Oversee the interface and integration with systems external to the ServiceNow instance.
Coordinate with Development and System Administrator teams on all Citizen Development processes and frameworks.
Maintain existing, and develop new documentation that will include, but is not limited to, Work Procedures, DoDAF documentation (such as System Architecture Guides and Diagrams), Software Development LifeCycle Processes, and ensure adherence to organizational templates, policies, and standards.
Perform root cause analysis of interface outages and incidents, engineer permanent solutions, and coordinate implementation.
Creation of interfacing (API) Navy solutions; support common interface solutions and languages such as JavaScript Object Novation (JSON) and JavaScript (ECMAScript5), utilizing ServiceNow’s Platform API Solutions.
Provide SUBMEPP management proposed configurations, optimizations, and system improvement plans.
Follow all SUBMEPP Change Management processes as defined in GFI 12.2.50 to ensure changes are completed according to the project schedule.
