The Learning Apprentice supports training operations, content maintenance, training delivery, coordination activities, and EHR support analyst functions.
Assist with updating, reviewing, and maintaining training materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with system updates, workflows, and organizational standards.
Support course content development, documentation management, and version control.
Help prepare training assets including guides, job aids, presentations, and learning activities.
Co-facilitate or deliver training sessions under the guidance of senior trainers.
Provide learner support before, during, and after training sessions.
Requirements
2 years customer service and/or IT Help Desk support experience or have successfully completed an OCHIN workforce training program preferred.
Electronic Health Record experience in systems such as EPIC preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Interest in training delivery, healthcare systems, or learning development
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
