Role Overview
- Manages the quarterly and annual SEC filing process
- Partners with various stakeholders in preparation of forms 10-Q and 10-K
- Reviews and drafts quarterly financial statements
- Involved in variance analysis
- Monitors SEC and FASB updates for implementation of new disclosures
Requirements
- Requires four-year degree in business discipline
- 4-6 years' experience in finance, accounting, regulatory or a related field
- SEC reporting experience is preferred
- Requires multiple functional experience
- Requires knowledge of PC applications
