Role Overview

• Lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts
• Craft and execute campaigns and events
• Support the deployment of DEI strategies, programs, and initiatives
• Partner with the DEI team to engage key stakeholders
• Influence and connect the dots as a methodical thinker
• Roll up sleeves to execute on expected goals and objectives

Requirements

• 8 or more years Developing and implementing DEI strategies and tactics
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or other general liberal studies degrees., Or equivalent education/experience
