Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Client Communities team
Work closely with other departments
Train and mentor new Client Advocates
Conduct and evaluate call audits
Handle complex service requests from customers
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
5 years of experience in a call center or other direct customer service environment
Property and Casualty insurance license, required
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Desire to increase knowledge, learn new systems and adopt new tools to enhance overall job performance
Ability to identify, submit and monitor TFS requests/Bugs and work collaboratively with the Quality Assurance and value stream sprint teams to ensure our products and processes work as intended for our members and agents
Flexibility in work schedule with the ability to work outside of normal office hours
