- Support key courier pay initiatives by providing data, insights and recommendations
- Deep dive into courier pay issues to find opportunities for improvement
- Apply statistical modeling methods to assess courier pay strategies
- Collaborate with markets to enhance courier pay and incentive programs
- Communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
- 3-5+ years’ experience in analytics or a related role
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with complex data structures
- Visualisation skills with Tableau / Looker (or similar) and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical analysis
- Proactive, self-motivated and curious
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment
- Great communication skills
