Apply statistical modeling methods to assess the potential impact of courier pay strategies on profitability and evaluate their implementation.
Collaborate with markets adopting the contractor delivery model to refine and enhance courier pay and incentive programs.
Communicate data insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

3-5+ years’ experience in analytics or a related role.
Advanced SQL skills and experience with complex data structures.
Visualisation skills with Tableau / Looker (or similar) and Google Sheets
Familiarity with A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical analysis.
Proactive, self-motivated and curious, ability to run with an idea.
Adaptability to work in a dynamic and ambiguous environment, where priorities may change and new business obstacles may arise.
Work well under pressure and can balance multiple priorities.
Great communication skills and able to explain data to various audiences.
