Collaborate with internal teams and clients to brainstorm, strategize, and develop a wide range of digital and print materials, including web pages, presentations, signage, newsletters, marketing collateral, logos, social imagery, and brochures.
Own the end-to-end creative process for campaigns, from intake and project planning to timeline management, stakeholder collaboration, design strategy, and iterative feedback.
Develop concepts and create design assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with attention to color, typography, imagery, layout, and overall brand consistency.
Lead strategy and requirement discussions with team members to ensure alignment on project vision and goals.
Manage the revision process, iterating on multiple versions until final approval.
Translate strategic direction into high-quality designs that adhere to brand guidelines and deadlines.
Oversee asset management and uploading processes, using tools like Notion or other content management systems.
Apply trend intelligence and business insights to inform design decisions and execution.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and responsiveness to feedback.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in brand, visual, or graphic design.
Strong skills in typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to take projects from concept through production with attention to detail and craft.
Experience designing across multiple channels and formats.
A portfolio that demonstrates strong brand work, campaign execution, and design fundamentals.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to both take direction and contribute ideas.
Strong time management and comfort working in a fast-moving creative environment.
