Own top-of-funnel efforts to identify and engage world-class talent through advanced sourcing techniques. Proactively identifying and engaging high-quality passive talent

Enable the wider Talent Acquisition team by setting the standard for what high-performance recruiting looks like as well as providing guidance and support
Proactively identify and integrate AI-driven solutions to streamline the recruitment lifecycle, from automating administrative tasks and enhancing candidate screening to leveraging predictive analytics for better hiring outcomes. You will stay at the forefront of AI to ensure the team is operating at peak efficiency
Outside of active hiring, you’ll take the lead on strategic projects like diversity initiatives, employer branding, or refining the interview processes across the business.
Requirements
8+ years recruitment experience, combining agency and in-house experience, with a focus on commercial hires
An established and growing network of both emerging and renowned commercial professionals and leaders
Demonstrated knowledge of commercial job profiles, e.g. Account Executive, Business Development, Partnerships, Channel, Sales Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales Training
Proven track record of designing and scaling high-volume generalist hiring programs while maintaining a full-cycle personal desk, spanning from Junior ICs to executive-level searches
Demonstrated experience in leading or mentoring Talent Acquisition teams, focusing on elevating team performance and fostering a high-performance culture.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders and executive leadership
Deep technical knowledge of Applicant Tracking Software (Ashby), LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing stacks to build efficient, scalable workflows
Expertise in translating recruiting metrics and market insights into actionable strategies that improve candidate quality and hiring metrics
Forward-thinking approach to recruitment, with hands-on experience utilizing AI tools to automate manual tasks and optimize processes
Ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships across different time zones
