- Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research
- Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy
- Consult with hiring managers in final selections and compensation
- Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met

- Ability to exceed performance expectations and goals
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
- Strong time prioritization skills and flexibility
- Demonstrated computer proficiency including MS Office and applicant tracking system
