Role Overview
Develop and Manage a Robust Sales Pipeline: build, qualify, and oversee a sales pipeline
Drive Your Pipeline: generate around 50% of pipeline through proactive outbound efforts
Own the Sales Process: manage the entire sales cycle from discovery to negotiations
Lead In-Depth Evaluations: deliver product demonstrations and engage in negotiations
Maintain Forecast Accuracy: ensure precise forecast reporting and effective pipeline management
Engage with the Nonprofit Community: immerse yourself in the nonprofit sector to build credibility
Become a Bloomerang Expert: gain deep knowledge of Bloomerang tools and services
Requirements
Eagerness to Learn and Grow: strong desire to continuously learn and improve
Proven Track Record: achieve at least 95% of your annual quota and meet 90% of your monthly targets in a quota-carrying role
Self-Sourcing Capability: successfully generate 50% of total deals through proactive efforts
Salesforce Proficiency: maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce record
Expert Product Knowledge: demonstrate understanding of solutions and effectively communicate their value
