Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent credentials preferred.
10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, with deep expertise in full-cycle accounting, U.S. GAAP, and multi-entity financial reporting.
Proven success leading post-acquisition integrations and complex multi-entity transitions in high-growth, acquisition-driven, or PE-backed environments.
Demonstrated ability to design and execute structured integration roadmaps, ensuring continuity from diligence through operational execution.
Strong financial systems leadership experience, including ERP integrations, chart of accounts alignment, reporting infrastructure, and scalable process standardization.
Advanced analytical and Excel capabilities with strong financial risk identification, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Executive presence and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with partner executives, cross-functional leaders, and offshore teams.
Highly accountable and adaptable leader who operates strategically while remaining hands-on in fast-paced, high-frequency M&A environments.
