Develop, innovate and grow all Payments products and services in accordance with strategic objectives.
Serve as the subject matter expert on various Payment channels, products and processes offered by Logix.
Lead, manage and oversee multiple high priority assignments simultaneously.
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to understand business needs, design solutions and implement changes.
Monitor the Payments environment and communicate emerging trends or products to management.
Analyze Payment program trends and recommend improvements for appeal, utilization, and profitability.
Schedule and lead meetings and develop test plans and testing strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing and/or related fields, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience, or a combination.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to all levels of employees including senior management using excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills.
Proven ability to think strategically, innovatively, and develop tactical execution plans to drive success.
High proficiency with Microsoft suite of office products.
