About this role
Role Overview
Ensure each service center fully embodies our brand identity.
Modernize and define brand standards.
Develop an effective merchandising strategy.
Roll out a consistent and memorable brand experience.
Oversee field execution.
Redefine standards: Establish guidelines to direct the marketing and design of our points of sale (material selection, color palettes, fixtures, lighting).
Innovation: Lead the rollout and strategy for showcasing our products and services throughout the customer journey.
Adaptability: Create flexible concepts that can be tailored to regional realities (Quebec vs Rest of Canada) while preserving the integrity of the national brand.
Sales tools: Develop a high-impact merchandising strategy for our products and services (signage, displays, standees, wall graphics, etc.).
Experience: 6 to 10 years in retail marketing, environmental/retail design, or retail brand management.
Dual skillset: You have a "marketing brain" (protecting brand DNA) and an "operational brain" (understanding physical constraints, materials and installations).
Builder mentality: Comfortable with ambiguity and disciplined in structuring processes.
Outstanding communicator: Fluent bilingualism (French/English) is essential to collaborate with partners coast to coast.
Project management: Proven ability to manage budgets and multiple projects.
