Lead high-level client strategy while driving flawless execution across a large-scale project.
Oversee key client partnerships at the executive level.
Manage account strategy, financial oversight, and relationship management.
Collaborate with Project Directors, Regional Project Managers, Staffing, HR, and Finance.
Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
Ensure KPIs, service level agreements, and contractual commitments are met or exceeded.

Extensive experience in account management, client services leadership, experiential marketing, or large-scale staffing operations.
Proven ability to manage enterprise-level client relationships and executive stakeholders.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and margin performance.
Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing account teams or cross-functional program teams.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture planning with operational execution.
Strong escalation management and risk mitigation experience.
Advanced proficiency in project management tools, staffing systems, and Microsoft Office.
