Role Overview
- Provide leadership and direction to the asset management team
- Ensure successful implementation and account management for customers
- Develop and implement execution plans for business objectives
- Review monthly KPIs and evaluate performance relative to customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 10 years of successful and verifiable experience in P+L Management
- 5+ years' experience managing multiple sites of a Region or Customer System
- Knowledge of facilities and asset management practices
- Ability to manage profit and losses and create reliable financial forecasts
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
