Role Overview
- X++ Development & Extensibility
- Design, develop, and maintain custom X++ solutions using the D365 FO extensibility framework.
- ERP Integration Development: Design and support integrations between D365 FO and external systems.
- Reporting & Data Solutions: Develop and enhance SSRS reports.
- System Enhancements & Ongoing Support: Implement system enhancements, bug fixes, and refactoring efforts.
- Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve performance issues.
- Data Migration & Data Management: Support data migration initiatives.
- Batch Processing & Automation: Develop and maintain batch jobs.
- Functional Module Support: Design and support technical solutions across modules.
- ISV Solution Support: Configure, customize, and support third‑party ISV solutions.
- Testing & Deployment Support: Participate in testing phases and support deployments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Dynamics AX / D365 Finance & Operations development experience
- Strong experience within finance, projects, or HR modules
- Familiarity with cloud‑hosted D365 FO environments and Lifecycle Services (LCS)
- Experience working with third‑party ISV solutions
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional ERP teams
- Attention to code quality, maintainability, and documentation
