Supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion Order Management users and day-to-day business processes
Building, testing, and maintaining integrations and custom applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST and SOAP APIs, file-based imports, Oracle Visual Builder, and Oracle APEX
Analyzing and resolving Order Management-related production issues, including root cause analysis, data corrections, and reprocessing support
Partnering with functional analysts and business users to understand requirements and implement technical solutions
Supporting troubleshooting, testing, and deployment of integrations and extensions across environments
Maintaining technical documentation and supporting knowledge transfer for ongoing support
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field, required
5+ years of experience in ERP technical development, including integrations, custom applications, and extensions
3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP architecture and APIs
Proficiency with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST and SOAP web services
Proficiency in Oracle Visual Builder and Oracle APEX development
Understanding of Order Management business processes within Oracle Fusion
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church.
