Track work orders and manage full life cycle of each project
Conduct assessments and prepare reports for Delta
Requirements
Meet weekly with regional team (internal JLL and Delta) to review outstanding work orders and active projects
Respond to client requests (acknowledging email received, even if resolution follows) within 24 hours
Maintain schedule and budget updates on projects including Redensifications, seat utilization, re-sets, decommissions and new furniture procurement
Manage, coordinate, and track the following Work Orders, in coordination with internal team members, within your region relating to: Reupholsteries that are not part of a one-off repair, Redensifications, Seat utilizations/re-sets, Decommissions, Inventory/Assessments, New projects (as required)
Conduct initial inventory/club intake for existing and future new clubs within your region
Coordinate with JLL Designer for final design documentation
Ensure accurate inventory of warehouse and coordination of the deployment of assets to/from warehouse that affect other Project Managers
