Ability to operate independently as the owner of the C-Suite operating system, exercising sound judgment with minimal oversight.
Ability to anticipate needs, eliminate operational friction, and enforce executive standards—including agenda discipline and time protection—with senior stakeholders.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality across executive, HR, legal, and strategic partner matters.
Strategic Time & Calendar Architecture Skill in engineering complex, multi-time zone executive calendars aligned to strategic priorities and proactively filling capacity with high-value engagements.
Knowledge of conference and travel logistics planning with a productivity-first and convenience-first approach.
Communications & Decision Support Skill in converting high-volume inbound communications into concise, decision-grade executive inputs.
Skill in drafting executive correspondence and briefing materials in the C-Suite’s voice.
Skill in tracking commitments and cross-functional dependencies to disciplined closure.
Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear, actionable executive summaries.
Technical & AI Systems Skill in advanced Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Teams (multi-tenant), SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Skill in leveraging AI and generative AI tools for summarization, drafting, routing, research, and operational compression.
Ability to implement lightweight operational systems rapidly to improve executive efficiency.
Operating Cadence & Professional Discipline Ability to function effectively in a continuous, real-time executive synchronization model (“10-cadence”).
Ability to manage ambiguity, reprioritize rapidly, and perform effectively under pressure while sustaining a long-term executive partnership aligned with organizational growth.
