Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Proven expertise in program estimation, implementation, risk assessment, and mitigation for projects of medium to large complexity.
Strong knowledge of program monitoring, control tools, and reporting processes to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional coordination and stakeholder consensus through effective business communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in financial management, budgeting, and monitoring project costs within a program framework.
Proficiency in technology strategy alignment and understanding of emerging systems and market standards.
Skilled in project planning, continuous improvement, change management, and procurement processes.
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions.
