Develop, define, and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
Construct and maintain a detailed product roadmap outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines, and regularly update stakeholders on progress
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the inventory management space
Act as the primary liaison and product champion between product management and other departments
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, gathering input and feedback to inform product decisions and ensure stakeholder buy-in
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans
Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement to optimize team performance and product delivery
Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements

Manage product development from concept through launch, ensuring that all stage gate criteria are met
Craft detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases that clearly articulate the desired outcomes and value of product features and enhancements
Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and resource availability
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to refine and iterate on product features
Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and feedback
Collaborate with customer success and implementation teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Monitor product performance post-launch, analyzing usage data and customer feedback to identify areas for further enhancement and optimization
Work closely with finance teams to build and iterate on pro-formas and business cases, ensuring the financial viability of product initiatives
Analyze financial data and forecasts to support strategic decision-making and prioritize product investments
Regularly review financial performance against projections, making necessary adjustments to business cases to reflect changing market conditions and business priorities.
Requirements
Experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager, in the pharmacy or healthcare space with specific experience in clinical trials OR pharmaceutical warehouse and logistics (3PL)
Familiarity with the competitive landscape, customer segments, and emerging trends in the product domain
Knowledge of revenue models, pricing strategies, and the impact of product decisions on profitability and scalability
Demonstrated experience managing both service based and software products, with a strong understanding of the entire product lifecycle from conception to delivery
Proven expertise in building software products on shared platforms and managing products early in their lifecycle, with experience navigating the stage gate process
Proven expertise in agile methodologies, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment
Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with sales, marketing, engineering, finance, and customer success teams
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, capable of making data-driven decisions to enhance product offerings and customer experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other agile project management and collaboration tools is highly desirable
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
