Design end‑to‑end technical solutions (IIoT, MES, AI/ML, Edge) that integrate OT (Operational Technology) and IT systems
Identify new business opportunities within automotive and aerospace accounts, support revenue growth, and contribute to RFI/RFP responses
Collaborate with internal sales and delivery teams to craft tailored value propositions
Guide on‑site implementation teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, data security requirements, and best practices throughout the delivery lifecycle
Stay informed on industry trends—Industry 4.0, digital twins, AI, and emerging technologies—to propose, test, and integrate new capabilities that enhance client outcomes and internal solution frameworks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
8+ years of experience in manufacturing, consulting, or technical sales
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in Automotive and/or Aerospace (e.g., CAD/CAM, CNC machining, composite layups, additive manufacturing)
Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), IIoT, SCADA, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
Ability to link technical solutions to measurable business value, including ROI, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities, with an entrepreneurial “hunter” mindset for identifying new opportunities.
