Talent Analytics: Utilize deep-dive HR metrics and data analysis to identify trends and provide the data-driven insights necessary for continuous improvement.
Managerial Coaching: Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations and conflict resolution, helping technical managers lead with empathy and excellence.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Compensation to master workforce planning and succession for critical technical roles.
Culture Stewardship: Lead initiatives for employee experience, ESG, and the development of the next generation of technical leaders.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. SHRM or HRCI certification is a strong plus.
Tech-Driven HR Experience: 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a specific focus on supporting Engineering, Product, or R&D organizations in a high-growth environment.
Proven Strategy Execution: A track record of executing HR initiatives that directly drive business results in fast-paced, technology-driven companies.
Analytical Rigor: A highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data to influence stakeholder decisions.
