Role Overview
- Act as the primary contact for various matters related to travel and entertainment expenses
- Prepare monthly reports on travel and entertainment expenses
- Prepare various month-end reports for head office, senior management and manufacturing plants
- Prepare monthly accounts payable reconciliations
- Prepare and execute simulation tests for system changes
- Participate in the implementation of accounts payable–related projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of computer systems (Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel functions)
- Knowledge of SAP and Concur is an asset
- Bilingual in spoken and written French and English
