About this role
Role Overview
Own CRM hygiene and data integrity
Manage inbound lead routing and SLAs
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting
Track pipeline health, funnel metrics, and conversion rates
Support forecasting and revenue visibility
Improve workflows across marketing, sales, and partnerships
Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and suggest optimizations
Support outbound list building and sequencing tools
Assist with tooling evaluation and automation setup
Analyze usage, pipeline, and conversion data
Support pricing and packaging analysis
Provide insights that inform strategic decision-making
Requirements
1–3 years experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Growth Ops, or B2B SaaS roles
Strong comfort with CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred)
Analytical and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in spreadsheets and building reports
Highly organized and execution-focused
Clear communicator across cross-functional teams
