Role Overview
- Edit and refine complex technical reports, proposals, and project documents
- Apply expert-level Microsoft Word skills for advanced formatting
- Leverage Microsoft 365 tools to manage document workflows
- Oversee comprehensive digital and physical filing systems
- Coordinate with project managers, scientists, engineers, and stakeholders
- Support document archiving and retrieval processes
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior technical editors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Information Science, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
- 6 years of relevant experience or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Successful candidate will undergo a background check and be required to pass a drug/alcohol assessment
- US citizen or Permanent Resident
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in document and information management
