Lead the planning and execution of CEO appearances, including conferences and internal company events.
Ensure content, logistics, and follow-through align with the team's strategic priorities.
Own elements of the CEO’s social media strategy, including content planning, approvals, and performance measurement, in partnership with brand and digital teams.
Oversee and optimize communications team operations, ensuring smooth workflows across email correspondence, briefing document development, and engagement tracking.
Use data and feedback to streamline processes and identify opportunities to increase quality and consistency across CEO communications.
Monitor and field inbound requests, including a high volume of media inquiries, speaking invitations, and customer needs.
Own intake, triage, and strategic recommendations on where and how the CEO should engage.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree.
6+ years working in internal and external communications for a C-level executive.
Experience leading complex initiatives with high external visibility and reputational impact.
Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior executives and cross-functional leaders to shape messaging, engagement strategies, and decision-making.
Experience designing and improving communications systems, briefing workflows, content approval pipelines, and measurement frameworks that support enterprise outcomes.
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills, with an ability to distill complex topics into clear and compelling messaging.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to see the bigger picture of what needs to be done, remain unflappable under pressure, and stay nimble when change is needed.
