Analyze financial trends in revenue, expenses, accounts receivable, and collections using multiple systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of Joint Ventures to communicate financial results to operators and partners.
Serve as a data and analytical partner to clinical, operational, and finance leadership, presenting findings and recommendations to support business strategy.
Prepare audit schedules and respond to internal and external audit inquiries.
Understand, evaluate, and document SOX controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Provide ideas and solutions for process improvements.
Collaborate with leadership on projects to define scope, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
Respond to ad-hoc questions and reporting requests.
Facilitate effective meetings, leading discussions with the team, field operators, and JV partners.
Collaborate with outsourced partners (Accenture) to meet operational goals.
Act as a Champion for a designated accounting process (e.g., NCI, Equity Earnings).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required.
One to three (1-3) years of professional experience in an accounting or analytics role.
Demonstrates a productive understanding of the functional area and independently executes complex tasks.
Facilitates effective meetings, builds strong team relationships, collaborates in a team-oriented environment, and presents information to stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and the ability to learn internal systems and technology including Oracle, Essbase, Cognos, Glean, Tableau, etc.
