Proven experience as a SAFe Release Train Engineer, Agile Coach, or Senior Scrum Master within SAFe® 5.0 or SAFe® 6.0 environments
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean-Agile principles
Experience facilitating large-scale program ceremonies such as PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt
Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles, DevOps culture, and CI/CD practices (Git, Jenkins or GitLab CI 16+, Azure DevOps or similar)
Ability to manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments in complex enterprise programs
SAFe RTE certification or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification
Excellent stakeholder communication and servant leadership skills
Required languages: English (C1 or higher)
