Lead and coach one or more Agile teams, ensuring Scrum principles and practices are properly understood and applied.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Partner with Product Owners and manufacturing stakeholders to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
Collaborate with operations, supply chain, production, and IT teams to translate business needs into clear, well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
Identify and remove impediments that may impact team productivity or sprint commitments.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Agile metrics and feedback loops.
Support digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing environments (ERP, MES, supply chain systems, automation, etc.).
Assist with requirement gathering, documentation, process mapping, and business analysis activities when needed.
Track progress, manage risks, and provide visibility into sprint and release planning.
Promote Agile best practices and help foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile delivery teams.
Experience working in the manufacturing industry (production systems, supply chain, ERP, MES, or industrial environments).
Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and Lean principles.
Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
Experience performing Business Analyst tasks such as requirement gathering, stakeholder interviews, user story writing, and process documentation.
Ability to translate complex manufacturing workflows into clear functional requirements.
Experience working with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile management platforms.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working in digital transformation or modernization initiatives is highly preferred.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
