About this role

Develop, maintain, and improve Python-based systems supporting large-scale data platforms.
Build, maintain, and improve data engineering pipelines, including ETL and batch processing workflows.
Support and operate data infrastructure systems across OLTP, OLAP, streaming, and batch workloads.
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and support critical business workloads.
Automate development workflows to improve efficiency, reliability, and visibility across teams.
Create, maintain, and improve technical documentation, runbooks, and onboarding materials for users of data and storage platforms.

5+ years of strong programming experience in Python
Experience with Apache Spark and Apache Iceberg in production environments
Proven experience in data engineering, including ETL pipelines and batch processing systems
Experience maintaining large-scale distributed systems in production
Hands-on experience working with cloud environments, including AWS and Kubernetes
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and product teams
Demonstrated ability to produce clear technical documentation
English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
