Role Overview
Lead and oversee multiple projects within the program to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives
Develop program plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and success metrics
Coordinate and support project managers, providing guidance, removing roadblocks, and ensuring consistent communication and execution across all workstreams
Monitor program performance, track milestones, and produce clear progress reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact program delivery
Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability and alignment with approved funding
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between internal teams, vendors, and external partners
Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring transparent communication and expectation management
Drive continual process improvement, implementing best practices for program execution, documentation, and governance
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations
Support change management initiatives, including training, communication, and adoption strategies for new processes or systems
Present program updates to executive leadership, steering committees, and other governing bodies
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and that outcomes achieve the intended business value
Requirements
5+ years of project or program management experience
Minimum BA degree in related field
Must be a sole US citizen without dual citizenship
Must successfully pass various background screenings including criminal history, education, credit, and drug screen
PMP, PgMP, Agile, or other recognized project/program management certifications preferred
Experience managing government, regulatory, or large enterprise programs preferred
Knowledge of contract management, vendor oversight, and procurement processes preferred
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com, or similar
