Lead SkinSpirit’s paid media strategy across current and emerging platforms, ensuring strong new client acquisition and efficient cost management
Oversee paid media budgeting, including forecasting and spend optimization to maximize ROI
Lead SkinSpirit’s website strategy and performance – including roadmap prioritization, site functionality, SEO strategy, landing page development, and CRO
Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable dashboards and recommendations that influence strategy, creative development, channel investments, and experimentation priorities
Evaluate and test emerging platforms, formats and measurement frameworks to unlock new growth opportunities and expand reach
Lead, mentor, and elevate an internal team of three while overseeing agency partners across paid media, SEO, and analytics
Drive the exploration and integration of AI tools and automation to enhance speed, insight generation, creative iteration, and operational efficiency across the digital team
Requirements
7+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles, with a track record of driving growth in a DTC environment
Deep expertise across core paid media channels, including Meta, TikTok, and Google
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, market insights, and audience trends to guide strategy
Experience leading web performance and CRM/lifecycle strategy in a multi-location context
Ability to set long-term vision and dive into the details to support the team in execution
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and present to senior leaders
