The Systems Administrator / Cloud & Application Support Engineer provides expert-level application administration, system security, and cloud operations support for CMTARS and associated DoD cloud environments.
This role supports the operation, maintenance, and administration of delivered capabilities while providing architectural, engineering, and technical expertise across development, staging, and production environments.
The engineer will work closely with system and database administrators, troubleshoot application and production issues, and contribute to system documentation, sustainment efforts, and new capability deployments.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated Systems Administration experience.
Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience integrating Box.com and Salesforce software.
Demonstrated experience working with OpenText Directory Services and Active Directory in a DoD Cloud environment.
Proven experience hardening cloud environments, applying and adhering to DoD STIGs (Security Technical Implementation Guides).
