Role Overview
- Own end-to-end product vision for developer tools and technical products
- Drive AI-first product strategy across the portfolio
- Partner with executive leadership to scale product excellence
- Embed customer-centric thinking into roadmap decisions
- Lead 4 Product Managers (growing to 5) and 2–3 Designers
- Establish strong product operating rhythms and decision frameworks
- Build scalable team structures and performance standards
- Engage directly with customers and validate solutions
- Partner closely with engineering on scalability and feasibility
Requirements
- Strong technical foundation (background in software engineering)
- Proven experience building developer tools or developer-focused products
- Prior leadership of 6–10 direct reports
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments (~$100M+ ARR preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to scale teams and systems hands-on
- AI-first product mindset
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management
- Comfortable working across US time zones
