Design and operate iRESTORE’s internal production flywheel to support multiple content streams
Establish clear creative inputs, feedback loops, and iteration cycles to increase speed to market
Translate performance data into creative direction and production priorities to ensure all content aligns with the Product Marketing Triangle (Product, Customer, Market)
Drive high-volume testing schedules for paid ads, supporting scaling protocols that allow winning content to scale aggressively
Produce high-converting formats including comparison content, studio performance ads, and whitelisting-ready creator content
Own the AI-first production strategy and creative workflows across the content engine
Oversee creative for the homepage, PDPs, and landing pages, balancing aesthetic elevation with conversion performance
Lead and develop a high-performing team of designers and AI producers
Requirements
7+ years in creative or production roles, with at least 3 years leading teams in a high-growth DTC/ecommerce environment
Proven track record of creating performance marketing content that converts—you understand the data behind why an ad works
Deep video production expertise, with the ability to oversee shoots, direct talent, and ensure quality at volume
AI-native mindset, comfortable with using emerging tools to automate and enhance creative workflows
Pragmatic builder who prefers frameworks and flywheels over perfect briefs and long runways
Health, Beauty, or CPG experience is strongly preferred.
