Lead and mentor designers and engineers, setting standards, reviewing work, and ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accountability across the design team.
Work directly with clients to understand goals, constraints, and vision then translate that into modular-ready architectural solutions.
Serve as the bridge between architecture and manufacturing, ensuring designs are buildable, efficient, and aligned with production realities.
Implement and refine design workflows, standards, and tools that increase throughput and prepare the team for growth.
Spot-check models, drawings, and details; step in hands-on when complexity demands it; coach the team toward better outcomes.
Identify design risks early and develop smart solutions to keep projects moving and teams aligned.
Create and refine drawings, diagrams, and specifications that are clear, complete, and construction-ready.
