- Partner with leading HCM providers like Paylocity and Paycor to deliver seamless integrations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and providing proactive communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timelines, data accuracy, and deliverables are met.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and tools for efficient and effective implementations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HCM implementations or related roles, preferably with Paylocity, Paycor, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to think critically and develop tailored solutions for diverse client needs.
- Familiarity with HCM systems, data migration, and process optimization.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding client service.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
