About this role
Role Overview
- Reporting to the CMO, own day-to-day trade marketing, in-store merchandising programs, and sales enablement collateral across SPFP’s retail channels
- Manage trade calendars, displays, PDQs, retail promos, and sell-in materials to support category growth
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Creative, and Finance to coordinate retail execution
- Translate brand strategy into programs that drive velocity, margin, and retailer satisfaction
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in Trade, Shopper, or Retail Marketing (CPG preferred)
- Experience supporting large retail accounts (Costco, Walmart, Tractor Supply, BJ's a plus)
- Familiarity with trade spend mechanics and retail promo workflows
- Comfortable with category insights, pricing, and performance data
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Ops, Finance, and Creative
- Pet category or premium/natural food CPG experience
