Requirements
- 3+ years of production backend engineering experience in Python
- 1+ year building LLM-based agents in production
- Tech lead experience: ownership of architecture decisions, development, deployment, and monitoring
- AI-native workflow: writing 90%+ of code with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex
- Built evaluation systems for measuring prompt and agent performance
