Lead requisition prioritization, workload planning, and recruitment performance tracking.
Source and engage passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques, networking, industry events, and digital platforms.
Recruit candidates with DOE, DOD, or other federal security clearances, when applicable.
Ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEO, pay transparency, and federal/state labor regulations.
Oversee applicant tracking system (ATS) optimization and recruitment reporting.
Implement data-driven improvements to reduce time-to-fill and improve quality-of-hire.
Build long-term pipelines for niche and evergreen positions.
Partner with Marketing and HR to enhance recruitment campaigns and career site presence.
Support university relations, internship programs, and industry partnerships.
Standardize interview guides, evaluation forms, and offer processes.
Develop and maintain diverse talent pipelines through outreach to underrepresented communities, including women in STEM, veterans, and early-career professionals.
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and program leadership.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered.
5-8 years of experience
Experience managing or mentoring recruiters.
Ability to pass a federal background check.
Successful drug screening.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
