Take directions from the USCENTCOM VTM Chief and coordinate directly with representatives from other directorates to support the USCENTCOM VTM program execution.
Oversee and manage all aspects of contractor employee performance by VTM SC contractors.
Assist research team with analysis of open-source data i.e. social media, news, public databases
Participate in or delegate attendance to weekly VTM staff meetings, vendor vetting decision boards, and 841 Identification Working Groups and Boards.
Maintain an electronic dashboard/task tracker file of products in development, completed, under review, under revision, or any additional identifier as directed by the USG.
Provide key performance metric data as required or requested.
Ensure at least one contractor representative is physically available to attend USG meetings as requested or required between 0730 and 1630 during a typical work week.
Identify fraudulent documents according to the U.S. Army Transregional Criminal Investigation Unit (TCIU) standard that are submitted by vendors in the designated VTM system, share findings with representatives from other directorates as requested by the COR to support VTM program execution, and notify the COR for an appropriate corresponding rating.
Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOP) consistent with best practices and any process improvements that occur over the life of the contract and with enough detail to ensure operations continuity regardless of any personnel changes that may occur.
Requirements
US citizen
An active TS/SCI clearance with at least one year remaining before reinvestigation requirement.
Experience in analysis and reporting of open-source data.
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in any field of study
Five years or more experience managing resources, supervising personnel, and leading teams.
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Suite of applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
