Every day, you will collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams using tools like Amplitude, Jira, and Slack to identify friction points and launch high-impact experiments.
You will act as the primary architect of the product roadmap for our core eCommerce and retail media agents, translating deep user research into features that make every transaction feel like magic.
Senior Product Managers in this role are asked to partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver robust solutions that move the needle for our users.
You will be tasked for driving synergies between the in-app and off-app user experiences.
Requirements
5+ years of Product Management experience specifically launching high-traffic features within B2C e-commerce or multi-sided marketplaces and demonstrated partnership with marketing stakeholders.
Proven autonomy in managing the full product lifecycle—from initial discovery and vision setting to post-launch optimization—without requiring daily tactical guidance.
Technical proficiency in mobile-first environments, specifically having integrated internal tooling with external marketing tech solutions.
Experience leading cross-functional squads of 10+ people (engineers, designers, and data scientists) to deliver measurable ROI on complex marketplace projects.
Mastery of A/B testing and data analysis to drive growth experiments; you should be comfortable quantifying how your previous features impacted specific North Star metrics.
Strategic communication skills with a track record of distilling technical complexity into compelling narratives for executive-level stakeholders.
