Role Overview
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Track and report on sales performance, including sales forecasts, pipeline management, and revenue targets
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
- Stay up-to-date with product offerings, industry developments, and competitive landscape
- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the company's products and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Healthcare
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
