Help define the work plan and lead the ongoing execution of a central pillar, Design for Public Sector (DfPS), of our overall HP Global Public Sector COE.
Responsible for managing a broad set of stakeholder relationships to collect, prioritize and create aligned PORs to deliver required innovation / capabilities to target markets around the world.
Orchestrate a disciplined cadence between the GBU, Category and Market/Country teams with a relentless focus on ensuring that Public Sector will remain a sustained design center for HP.
Accelerate segment business outcomes and customer impact.
Take a data-driven approach to market requirement portfolio management.
Drive a disciplined and agile global cadence to accelerate impact via COE PMO.
Ensure best practices are extracted from all markets and deployed.
Work day to day with the COE PMO leads and in support of the overall Global Public Sector COE program lead, and will report directly to the PMO leader.
Requirements
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in strategic management, strategic planning and implementation, consulting, market research, or a related field.
Experience with Public Sector segment preferred.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have global experience with exposure to the public sector segment in both US and other markets around the world.
