Role Overview
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks
- Maintain test automation frameworks
- Collaborate with QA, product owners, and ERP SMEs
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers on Playwright and ERP automation best practices
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and ERP release processes
- Provide clear reporting on automation execution and defect trends
Requirements
- 5+ years of software test automation experience
- at least 2+ years using Playwright or Selenium
- Experience with API testing
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience in designing, developing, executing, and maintaining test scenarios and test cases
- Strong background in building and maintaining hybrid automation frameworks
- Experience establishing testing as an integral part of the development process
- Ability to automate complex ERP workflows
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins and GitHub Actions)
- Proficiency with test management tools (TestRail, Xray, Zephyr) and defect tracking (JIRA)
