Representing business priorities and managing product delivery on a cross-functional scrum team
Owning the end-to-end delivery of critical wealth management capabilities
Developing and maintaining the product vision and roadmap for enhancements
Leading user research and testing
Prioritizing the product backlog, epics and stories
Writing clear epics and stories
Documenting use cases and defining feature requirements
Collaborating with partners across technology, FCC, marketing, and operations
Evaluating work generated by the scrum team
Partnering with Learning & Development to create training materials

University degree (Business, Commerce or related field) or equivalent work experience
3+ years of relevant experience
Agile product management experience
Experience supporting client onboarding, fund transfer, or trading platforms is an asset
Experience working with clearing or custody partners is an asset
Understanding of wealth management business processes and experience in financial services is an asset
Scrum / Product Owner certification(s) is an asset
Bilingual (verbal and written) in English and French is an asset.
